Child Safety Standards

Only people aged 18 or over may use the Service. Everyone provides their birthdate when creating a profile, and misrepresenting your age is a serious violation of our Terms of Service. When we learn that an account belongs to a minor, we delete it.

We prohibit, without exception, in every part of the Service — profiles, photos, messages, voice messages, video calls, live broadcasts, replays and viewer chat:

• child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form;
• any content that sexualizes minors, including drawn, animated or AI-generated content;
• grooming — building contact with a minor for a sexual purpose;
• sextortion, trafficking and every other form of sexual exploitation of a minor.

Violations lead to immediate, permanent removal from the Service, without a warning.

• Every user can report an account or conversation directly in the app; reports are reviewed by our team.
• Violating content is removed, the account is terminated, and evidence is preserved where the law requires it.
• Confirmed CSAM and cases of imminent danger are reported to the competent authorities — for example NCMEC in the United States — and to local law enforcement, as applicable law requires.

• In the app: report the conversation from the “…” menu in the chat header.
• By email: [email protected] — our designated child safety point of contact. Reports are treated confidentially.
• If a child is in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement first.

We comply with applicable child safety laws, including mandatory reporting obligations, and we cooperate with law enforcement requests made through the appropriate legal process. These standards are reviewed as the Service and the law evolve.
