Terms of Service

Last updated: August 15, 2026

1. Who we are and what these Terms cover

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Baltech Ventures (“Show More”, “we”, “us”), the operator of the Show More application and websites (together, the “Service”). By creating an account or using the Service you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Eligibility

To use the Service you confirm that:

  • you are at least 18 years old and the birthdate you provide is accurate;
  • you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract;
  • you have not previously been removed from the Service for a serious violation of these Terms;
  • using the Service does not violate any law that applies to you.

Misrepresenting your age is a serious violation and leads to immediate termination of your account.

3. Your account

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code sent by SMS. You are responsible for keeping control of your phone number and device, and for all activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly at [email protected] if you believe your account has been accessed without your permission.

You may hold one account, for your own personal use. Accounts cannot be sold, lent or transferred.

4. The Service

Show More lets you discover other people, express interest, and — when the interest is mutual — get to know each other through a video call before messaging opens. A mutual like opens a match with a limited time window; a video call within that window is required, and messaging unlocks only if both of you choose to continue after the call. If either of you declines, or the window runs out, the match ends. The exact mechanics (window length, minimum call duration and similar limits) are shown in the app and may change as the product evolves.

We do not guarantee that you will find a match, that any particular person will interact with you, or any outcome of an interaction. We may add, change or remove features of the Service at any time.

5. Community rules

When using the Service you agree that you will not:

  • use the Service if you are under 18, or interact with anyone you know or suspect to be under 18 in a romantic or sexual context — we have zero tolerance for content that sexualizes minors and report it to the authorities;
  • harass, threaten, stalk, intimidate, defame or deliberately humiliate anyone, on or off the platform;
  • post or broadcast hateful content, or content that is sexually explicit, violent or otherwise illegal;
  • impersonate another person, use photos that are not you, or misrepresent your identity, age or intentions;
  • ask other users for money, payment details or financial help, or engage in any form of scam or fraud;
  • use the Service for commercial purposes — advertising, solicitation, prostitution or escort services, selling goods or services, or driving traffic elsewhere;
  • share another person’s private information without their consent;
  • record, screenshot or redistribute other users’ profiles, messages, calls, broadcasts or replays outside the Service without their explicit consent;
  • use bots, scrapers or other automated means to access the Service, probe or disrupt its security, or reverse engineer any part of it;
  • attempt to work around any limit, payment step or safety feature of the Service.

Breaking these rules can lead to content removal, suspension or termination of your account (see Section 13).

6. Your content

“Your content” means everything you submit to the Service: profile photos and answers, messages (including photos and voice messages), video calls, broadcasts, replays, ratings and feedback.

You keep ownership of your content. So that we can run the Service, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, process and adapt your content (for example compressing photos and removing hidden metadata) and to display and transmit it to the audiences your choices define — your profile to other users, your messages to their recipients, a public broadcast to its viewers, a published replay to its audience. We do not use your content for marketing outside the Service without your separate consent. The licence ends when your content is deleted from the Service, except for copies we must keep as described in the Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the necessary rights to it, and that anyone who appears in it has consented. We may remove or restrict content that violates these Terms or the law, without prior notice.

7. Video calls, public broadcasts and recordings

Before a call starts, the caller proposes its conditions: private or public, and — if public — free to watch or requiring a one-time viewing ticket paid in Sparks. The other person can accept or counter with a different price; the call starts under the conditions both of you agreed to, as confirmed by our servers.

A public call is a live broadcast. By starting or accepting a public call you consent to any signed-in user watching it (after paying the ticket, if one is set), seeing your profile name and photos, taking part in the viewer chat and sending gifts. A broadcast lasts only as long as the call; either participant can end it at any time.

Where call recording is enabled, a call is recorded and this is part of the conditions you accept when starting or joining it. The recording of a private call is visible only to the two participants. The recording of a public call additionally creates a replay draft for each participant: each of you may publish your own replay on your own profile, free or with a one-time ticket. By accepting a recorded public call you consent to the other participant publishing the replay in which you appear. Replays in which you appear are removed if you delete your account.

8. Sparks

Sparks are the in-app currency of the Service. Sparks are a limited, personal, revocable, non-transferable licence to access features of the Service — nothing more. They are not money, electronic money or a deposit, they earn no interest, they cannot be exchanged for cash and they cannot be transferred to another account.

Spark packages and their prices are shown in the app at the time of purchase. We may change the packages, prices and the features Sparks can be spent on; changes apply prospectively and do not affect Sparks you already hold.

Sparks are non-refundable except where mandatory law gives you a right we cannot exclude. If your account is deleted — by you or by us under Section 13 — any remaining Spark balance and earnings balance are forfeited to the extent permitted by law. The deletion screen warns you about this before you confirm.

9. Purchases and payments

Payments are processed by Stripe. By purchasing you authorize the charge for the price shown at checkout; prices are in US dollars and may include or attract taxes depending on where you live. We never see or store your card number (see the Privacy Policy).

Sparks and subscription benefits are digital content delivered immediately. By purchasing, you expressly request immediate delivery and acknowledge that, to the extent permitted by the distance-contract rules that apply to you (including the EU Consumer Rights Directive and the Turkish Regulation on Distance Contracts), you lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery has begun. Nothing in this section limits rights that mandatory law grants you regardless of agreement.

We may cancel purchases made at an obviously incorrect price caused by an error.

10. Subscriptions

Paid plans (currently Plus and VIP) renew monthly and are billed automatically until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from the plans screen; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period, and you keep the plan’s benefits until then. You can also undo a cancellation before the period ends.

Subscription payments are not refunded, in whole or in part: cancelling stops future renewals but does not shorten or refund the period you have already paid for. This does not limit the rights described in Section 9 or any right that mandatory law grants you regardless of agreement.

If you switch between paid plans, the change and any price difference are reflected on your next invoice — there is no separate charge at the moment of switching. The benefits of each plan, and their current status, are described on the plans screen at the time of purchase; where a listed benefit is not yet active, the plans screen says so.

If we change subscription prices, the change will not affect an ongoing subscription without prior notice to you.

11. Tickets

A ticket is a one-time Spark payment that unlocks a specific broadcast or replay for your account. A broadcast ticket grants access for as long as that broadcast is live — a broadcast can end at any moment, and its duration is not guaranteed. A replay ticket grants access for as long as the replay remains published; access ends if the publisher removes the replay or deletes their account. Tickets are consumed on purchase, are not transferable, and are not refunded when a broadcast ends or a replay is removed, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

12. Earnings

When viewers buy tickets to your broadcast or replay, or send gifts during your broadcast, a share of that revenue is credited to your earnings balance in Sparks. The share percentage is set by your subscription plan and shown in the app; the percentage in force at the time of each transaction is recorded and is not changed retroactively.

Earnings are kept in a separate balance and can be transferred to your Spark wallet, subject to the minimum shown in the app. Earnings cannot currently be withdrawn as money. If we introduce cash withdrawal in the future, it will be subject to additional terms, identity verification and tax requirements. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to your earnings.

We may change or discontinue the earnings program prospectively; earnings already credited are unaffected.

13. Safety, moderation and termination

We do not run criminal background checks and we do not verify users’ identities. You are solely responsible for your interactions with other users, online and offline. Use the report and block tools in the app, be cautious about sharing personal information, and if you feel in danger, contact your local emergency services.

We may investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend or terminate an account that violates these Terms or the law, or that puts other users, us or third parties at risk. We are not obliged to pre-screen content.

You can stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from the settings screen. Deletion is immediate and permanent; a limited set of records is retained as described in the Privacy Policy. On termination or deletion, remaining Sparks and earnings are forfeited as described in Section 8, and the sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive (including Sections 6, 15, 16, 17 and 18) survive.

14. Our intellectual property

The Service — including its software, design, text, graphics and trademarks — belongs to us and our licensors. These Terms give you no rights in it other than the personal, non-transferable right to use the Service as intended. If you send us feedback or suggestions, we may use them without obligation to you.

15. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the extent permitted by law, we make no warranty that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or secure, and no warranty about the conduct, identity or compatibility of any user or the accuracy of any content. Nothing in this section limits rights that mandatory consumer law grants you.

16. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, loss of profits or loss of data, or for the conduct of any user of the Service, and our total liability for all claims relating to the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply to damage caused by our intent or gross negligence, to death or personal injury, or to any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.

17. Indemnity

To the extent permitted by the law that applies to you, you agree to indemnify us against third-party claims arising from your content, your use of the Service or your breach of these Terms.

18. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye, and disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts and enforcement offices of Istanbul (Çağlayan). If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of mandatory consumer rules of the country where you live, including your right to bring a claim before your local consumer courts or arbitration bodies (in Türkiye, the Consumer Arbitration Committees and Consumer Courts).

19. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If a change is material, we will notify you in the app or by other reasonable means before it takes effect. If you keep using the Service after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account.
